“In a short amount of time Johnson was able to provide us with the ideal property that I was purchasing for my mother. The property was needed quickly and had specific requirements because of her age. Johnson quickly responded to our inquiry and found us the ideal property in a short amount of time. Although the property was 24 years old it was immaculate, no damage, no work or repairs needed, and had a newer roof, windows, and HVAC so there were no improvements to worry about for a long time. This property satisifed 100% of our requirements and more. Everything went quickly and smoothly after we made our decision to purchase and Johnson didn't mind taking us back to the property on multiple occasions to measure and inspect.
